Warm Up & Relax in the Sauna
In our traditional sauna, your body warms up, your circulation improves, and toxins are released through perspiration. If you plan on using the cold plunge, this initial phase prepares your body for the invigorating cold plunge to come. If you are just using the sauna alone, It's a time to unwind, clear your mind, and simply enjoy the soothing warmth.

Repeat & Rejuvenate (Contrast Therapy)
The true magic of contrast therapy lies in the repetition of these hot and cold cycles. We recommend up to 3 or 4 rounds of sauna and cold plunge, allowing your body to experience the full spectrum of benefits. A sauna is a heated room designed to help you relax and sweat. Traditional saunas, like ours, use dry heat from heated rocks and water to warm the body, improve circulation, detoxify the skin, and promote relaxation. Our traditional sauna set in a serene garden, is the first of its kind in Bulawayo and provides an authentic experience and health and wellness benefits.

The ideal time for a cold plunge is 30 seconds –2 minutes. As you get used to it, you can gradually increase your time to no more than 3 minutes. Our team will guide you during your session to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Everyone can use sauna and cold plunge! However, those with special medical conditions like heart problems and high blood pressure should contact their doctor before trying it. If it’s your first time—our team will be there to support you!

You can absolutely enjoy the sauna or the cold plunge on its own! While combining both amplifies the benefits, a standalone sauna session or cold plunge is perfect for relaxation, recovery, and boosting your energy levels.

We provide most of what you’ll need, but we recommend bringing:
A bathing suit to wear in the sauna and cold plunge.
We provide a complimentary bottle of water for each guest. Additional water is available for purchase, or you can bring your own reusable water bottle.

Arrival: Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation. Our staff will guide you to your locker and changing area.
Stay hydrated before and during your session and avoid heavy meals.
Session: If your are doing contrast therapy ; begin with a 10-15 minute sauna session. Transition into the cold plunge for 2-5 minutes. Repeat the cycle (up to three times for a full session).
You can choose between a guided or non guided session, our staff will be available to assist you at all times.
Post-Session: Relax in our serene garden space to cool down after your session.

For general wellness, we recommend at least one session per week. If you're using the sauna or contrast therapy for muscle recovery or specific health benefits, 2-3 sessions a week may be ideal.

The minimum age is 16 years. Guests under 16 will not be allowed in the sauna or the plunge.
